Shipping policy
Goods ordered from Spoties.se are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the website. The delivery time may differ for individual products. Deviating delivery time is printed in the product description and it is the delivery time that applies to your entire order. All delivery times include production time for the products in your order.
Keep in mind that delays may occur during mail handling.
Standard delivery 3-5 working days (SEK 59)
The shipment is sent with PostNord. You will be notified by PostNord when the package has been delivered or is available for collection at a postal agent. By default, the shipment remains with the pick-up point for 7 days before it is returned to us.
Express delivery (129 SEK)
When you need it fastÂ
Depending on the size of your order, it will either be sent to your mailbox/door or to an pick-up point. If you order before 12 noon, your order is sent from us the same day and it then takes 1-2 working days for PostNord to transport and deliver the package. If you order after 12 noon, your order will be sent the next weekday.
Note that Express delivery only affects the handling time with us and thus does not mean faster transport.
We reserve the right to deactivate this delivery method, for example in case of high order intake or large loss of staff.
Express delivery is only possible for addresses within Sweden.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@spoties.se.
- If your item has been damaged during transport, it will be replaced by an equivalent product, you must email us at info@spoties.se with a picture of the damage no later than 7 days after you have received your item.
- During public holidays and high load, delivery may be delayed. However, there should always be more detailed information about this if it is relevant.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We do not credit products that are lost, delayed or damaged during delivery. In the event of non-delivery or late delivery, or if all or parts of your order is damaged in transport, we will replace you with a new shipment of what you have ordered or the parts of the order that are missing/damaged.
- If your order is returned, we will contact you regarding this. If it has been returned due to errors in the delivery address or because the shipment has not been collected from the pick-up point in time, we will charge a return fee of SEK 199 to send it again. This fee covers postage costs and the administrative work around the return.
