How do I make a return / repurchase notification?
We always make sure that you as a customer at Spoties have the best possible experience and that you are satisfied with your purchase. But unfortunately we cannot accept a return because the products are created according to your wishes. However, should there be something wrong with the product, contact us directly and we will help as soon as possible!


How do I make a complaint?
If there is something wrong with products, you need to contact us and describe the error. We would like you to send pictures that clearly show the defect. This facilitates our assessment.
